It would get very hot whenever plugged in thus causing it to only last 2 months.

This was an exact replacement so I avoided the cross refernce problems others had - luckily. It was a great buy on sale and I was glad to have an OEM instead of a knock off. Hopefully this one lasts longer than the first.

My last ac adaptor stopped working after I accidentally bent the part that goes into the laptop so I ordered this to replace it. It works perfect for my satellite A105-S4064. So Im very pleased with this product and would recommend it if it is compatible with your computer.

Works fine. This is my 3rd adapter for this Toshiba. Adapter gets very hot, hope it will last at least 2 years..

this cord lasted about three weeks before the wire inside broke free of the tip. I had to rip apart the plastic housing around the tip and solder the wires directly to the barrel connector. Then, I poured an epoxy housing around the tip in order to make it look somewhat attractive again. And I also extened the cord (from the transformer to the tip) as it was WAY too short. Now it works great, but I doubt most people would want to bother with any of this.

Buying a replacement adapter for a laptop can be a bit of a challenge. I ordered the wrong one the first time, but this seller was great, shipping me a replacement immediately and allowing me to send back the one I incorrectly purchased. Would definitely deal with again.

The service was awesome. I ordered the wrong cord by accident and just contacted the seller and they corrected my mistake at no charge and sent it quickly. I am so happy that I chose this seller. The adapter still does get warm but it works and is much cheaper than the Toshiba website.

The power adapter I received was not the one in the picture. I kept it because my other one was fried and couldn't use my laptop otherwise. The one pictured was same adapter and model number that I received when I purchased my laptop. However, the adapter I received was 3 pronged instead of two, and is extremely short. Had I not need this so desperately I would have returned it. What I will say is the adapter still works fine, I just needed an extension cord to go with it.

I bought a knock off originally, within 2 months the wires became exposed and it stopped working altogether. I replaced it with Toshiba's adapter. The difference in quality is like night and day. Toshiba's cord is heavier, longer, and all around better made.

I am using Toshiba Satelite A105-4324 laptop since last 2 years .
During warranty period itself , I had to sent my laptop for service 2 times because of faulty Adapter . They had replaced it for Free on both occasions as it was covered under warranty .

But last year adapter got failed again . I purchased adapter for $20 but it was little loose I had to hold it in specific position always so that it can charge the laptop battery .

Thus I went to Toshiba website to find out OEM Adapter model suitable for my laptop which is this adapter I purchased. ( I found price much lower on Amazon as compared to Toshiba website ).

I was really excited as I was expecting that with this adapter , I will not have to hold it in specific position to charge laptop .

But I was wrong !!!

This adapter was worst . It was also not perfect fit . Infact it is worst that aftermarket one

My suggestion is stay away from any Toshiba products .
All got very poor quality.

Only good thing was Amazon Service
