I had a bet with my daughter that this product would be lower with Amazon. She thought I would spend about $50 for a replacement. When you see what I paid, please be aware that this is nearly the exact adapter that came with my computer laptop when I first made my purchase in 2009. If you fold these wires too often, they eventually break inside. It only takes one hair pin wire to make your adapter stop working so be careful people.

I'd gotten a generic charger previously (from a different carrier), so I wanted to make sure the next one was a genuine Toshiba charger. The photo showed a Toshibe insignia so I expected it to be a real one. It works, but generic chargers don't maintain charge as well as the originals. Expected more because of the photo, nevertheless it is a working charger and a great one for the price.
