If you suffer from back pain or just want a better posture, this book is terrific. It has helped me more than my physical therapist and personal trainer did. I highly recommend it.

This book seems to be helpful in gaining knowledge about the back. The excercises have been helpful for my lower back problem, however, when I showed it to my docter, he was a little apprehensive about the author because her qualifications are not stated in the book.
