Track 9? How did that make it in there? Not exactly the song I would listen to pysch up to. To each their own!

I think everyone should own this album. Why?, you may ask. Because it contains the musings of our soon to be President. Arnie, as those close to the man call him, is a bonafide genius. Who would really put out a workout album? No mere athlete. No folks, play this cd backwards and Arnie predicts to a scary accuracy his political life.Phgil

Greatest album ever, how can you possibly start your day any other way. Arnold is totally pumped up! And now YOU CAN TOO!!!! Bust a move and (your sides) with the Govenor!!!

This album took my workouts to the next level. While I haven't gotten my biceps to 22" yet (Arnold's were that size at his peak), they are 17" and climbing. Even if you don't workout, this is probably the best motivational compilation ever compiled. Makes a great gift too.

Just listening to the song previews tells you how Ahlsome this Ahnold CD is gonna be. Cheezy 80s songs and Schwarzenneger. A match made in a Heaven's Gym.

Don't stop believin', Arnold. Hold on to that feeleeleelin'.

This is one of my favorite albums of all time. I'm a musician, and I prefer vinyl over cd, so one day I was at one of my favorite record shops when I saw this on the dollar rack. It was in mint condition, and I said to myself: "I need to have this, just for the future when I have kids and they ask me who Arnold was." So I bought it, and took it home. I put it on just to see how ridiculous it would be. About 30 seconds later I was rolling on the floor, unable to control myself. If you ever have a chance to get your hands on this, do yourself a favor and don't hesitate. I have always found Arnie to be a funny guy, and his accent frequently turned crappy lines into the stuff of legend, so needless to say, him shouting "up down, up down, up down, now squeeze yah buttocks!" was all it took for my floor to get to know me a little better. Politics aside, this is a look into the past of one of the greatest action stars that ever lived. Now, to bring politics back into the ring, it's a wonderful example of the diversity of our political system, proving that truly anyone can play a part in running this country. To sum this up, don't buy it for the music. If you do, you're setting yourself up for disappointment. However, this is an absolute must for any Arnie fan out there, young and old. And remember kids, Arnie wants you to squeeze those buttocks so you can avoid the horrors of flabby thighs!

What was I thinking? This is a terrible CD. I bought it for the 70s music thinking that I could use it on the treadmill, but it truly is a total waste of money!
