This book is a waste of money if you already own the Total Immersion book, which I would highly recommend. $41 is a steep price for only a few pages of drills. I did not think the book really added anything beyond what could be found in the Total Immersion book-the drills were not any clearer and the quality of the photography was less than stellar.
