This is an excellent book which is written for busy school administrators.The model is based on five domains: Authentic leadership; Visionary leadership; Cultural leadership; Quality leadership; and Service leadership. While these domains may not be academically discrete, they are useful to practioners in the field. The 15 performance roles of the Total Leader are a great guide for a principal's performance feedback. I have converted the 15 roles into a questionnaire which I will give to staff when we return to school after the summer vacation.

Book took a little time to arrive, still within the time agreed on though. Book was in great condition except for two chapters as described though.
