About the Author
Dr. Jacob Jordan earned his black belt in shorin-ryu karate in 1974. A medical doctor, he has long held a personal interest in applying health related mind-body research to peak performance training in the martial arts. He currently practices general surgery in his home state of Florida while continuing to pursue his martial arts training.
