Bought some of their dahlia bulbs. Of three packages two had rotted bulbs. Contacted the company and they refused to make good or refund my money.
Seems like I bought the bulbs in April and, not thinking they would be selling bad bulbs, no longer had my receipt. So, no receipt no refund.
Technically they're right, but from a customer service standpoint they lose big time. I can't recommend them or their products to anyone who wants to be sure they're getting quality merchandise from a vendor who stands behind their product.
