This board is very sturdy and perfect middle size board for cutting a few vegetables up .which is what I use it exclusively for don't want meat in the pores it is lightweight fairly thin and looks nice too!

After our small cutting board finally succumbed to age, I found this as a replacement for small jobs. I was happy that it's dishwasher-safe, has a hole to make holding easier, and is made of bamboo. I do find that the oval shape means less overall surface area than a rectangular board - which makes more of a difference than I expected. We've also noticed that it's starting to splinter after about a month of use, which doesn't bode well for long-term durability. Admittedly we haven't been oiling it regularly, but if you're not likely to oil the board after every washing you might notice the same splintering. Overall, a decent cutting board for the price, but not one I expect to have around for long.

I had been looking for a cutting board that could make me happy, and this one has fit the bill perfectly. It is lightweight, yet sturdy, cleans up easily, and, most importantly, has a hole to make gripping it easier. I am so pleased, I intend on replacing my cutting board collection with more from this manufacturer.
