This is a beautiful, honey colored tray. It mainly resides on our oversized ottoman as a coffee table substitute, but I also grab it and load it up any time we eat outside and need to transport plates, condiments, etc. It's a nice looking tray, but since it's bamboo it can also be put to work and cleaned very easily. Have had the tray for about a year now, and have not noticed any cracks in the lattice area to date. I suspect that even if any develop, they wouldn't be terribly noticeable. Love it.

I needed another serving tray and this seemed to be a good fit. High sides and large surface. From the picture I thought that the center was stained or had darker bamboo inlays. They are in fact lattice. If you spill anything that you are taking from point "a" to point "b" it will all drip out the bottom of the tray. I do use the trays to transport food around so it's not that good for me. I wouldn't have bought it if I had known there were holes in it (lattice). However, it is a nice tray and if you don't transport food or liquids on your trays and you are not clumsy, it will probably be a good tray for you.

I had been looking for a serving tray to place on my ottoman, which is also being used as a coffee table. This tray is attractive and functional and the size was perfect for my 28" x 20" ottoman. It's just what I was looking for.

Using this item as server as sometimes your two hands are simply not enough to hold several dishes or pass around drinks. Beautifully crafted.
