Salsa Step Is Fun!
I am a workout video fanatic. When I exhausted the English-speaking tapes on the shelves, I took a gamble on this one. It was great fun and a good workout. I don't know Spanish, but I still follow the tape pretty easily. I've been doing aerobics for 15 years, and this is a good intermediate workout.

Latin soundtrack
This is a pure Step video in Spanish with a latin music soundtrack. This is the program that is shown on ESPN. There are no Salsa steps in it. It is still an enjoyable mild dance exercise video.
