For just a bit more than the 'standard' toilet, you can have something near state-of-the-art. Extra large seat is very roomy, water usage minimal, seat is durable and comfortable. Much better looking than the photo. Water level is low in the bowl (think of the advantages here, especially for me). A local handyman was able to install it, for $200 (avoiding the $400 local plumbers quoted me); however, I'm glad I didn't attempt the installation (which appeared to be MUCH simpler than a Kohler "Persuade" model. This toilet is more like what I am accustomed to overseas (esp Australia). I ordered two from H M Wallace, via Amazon. One was received with a missing gasket and bolts. FIVE ***5*** days after I complained to Wallace,I got a reply from them (in broken English) telling me, it was MY responsibility to go back to Toto and get this part from them. Fortunately for me, the part was readily available locally. Piss-poor service, Wallace!
