Some Really Smooth Jazz, January 9, 2001

Hey, I really liked this album. This is some really smooth jazz. The album starts out with a really mellow different kind of urban type jazz, then it heats up a little with each selection. When it gets to the song Too Late Now, it branches out into some super mellow straight ahead jazz for 3 songs then goes into a contemporary jazz mode the like of which I have not heard before. It's almost like a jazz/funk type of thing. I read a review in RTI Express Magazine put out by Homer's record stores that led me to buy the CD. I also had the experience of seeing Calvin Keys live in San Francisco. I think this is really a great album.

Calvin Keys is an Excellent Jazz Guitarist, February 5, 2011
Calving Keys is a really good player. I really like the songs on this album too. There's a lot of variety and his playing is awesome. I really like the mood on the song Touch and also on Too Late Now, which was one of the songs in the Fred Astaire movie Royal Wedding. You Are All I Need is really good too.
