New label, Same grooves,

I've been waiting for a new Fila release since, well, Power Clown. I was quite surprised that the lads from Hull don't work with Pork anymore, and it's nice to see them having their own label. This is an album that shows how Fila (the band) sounds like. I haven't had the luxury of hearing the 6 piece band on their latest tours, but this album gives you a good idea what that experience would be like. I really like the groove on Bugs will Bite; the tranquility of Airlock Holmes; the melodic Spores; the freaky-jazzy Ridden Pony and so on. In short, this is a great follow up in the Fila catalog. I own all of their records and this one is (for sure) different from anything they've done. They continue to amaze me this band !

another enigmatic splendor,

Fila Brazillia. Electronic music that is ever increseingly organic and detailed. Fila supply down- and mid-tempo electronic music with so much heart and flagrent fun that infectious as thier beats are thier dominant and progressive track record often go overlooked. Fila have moved and progressed through each album moving almost as many pioneering artists in other genre's as well and electronica like progressive rock, transformative and time aware. This particular album reinstates that love for jump up and dance around psychedellic funk that "PowerClown" gave us as well as some smoothing and lowdown melodies that showed in "Luck Be A Weirdo Tonight" Only 2 tracks leave more to be desired and they themselves aren't half bad as well. Another Fila album well worth the purchase. love it up.

A have got all Fila Brazilia albums, but this one is the best. Becouse it combines Trip hop at its best with some of the best electronic sounds from the 70's,funk,jazz,all this mix with a trompet and a flute and incredible touch of guitar,to don't mention the cool and soft keyboards. you can buy this cd its guaranteed that you will love it.
