Excellent Overview for Recently Diagnosed Diabetics,
By Eric Webber (EWebber266@aol.com) (Los Angeles, CA) - See all my reviews
This review is from: A Touch of Diabetes: A Straightforward Guide for People who have Type 2 Diabetes (Paperback)
Just after turning 50, I had a sudden, unexplained weight loss that turned out to be Type II diabetes. This book is one of the best I've read as an initial overview of the disease and how to cope with it. Its clear and concise, providing adequate--but not too much--information in plain language. If you've recently been diagnosed with diabetes, I strongly recommend this book as a beginning point in your education. Its 10 bucks well spent! |
