Gary is 3 for 3 in the action thriller department as far as I am concerned. Like many fans, I have read all 3 of the "A Touch of" novels. Once I got hook on A Touch of Deceit (Nick Bracco Series #1), I have jumped at the chance the next couple of times Gary's latest Nick Bracco thrillers came out. His books jump to the top of my TBR list.

Once again we are treated to a well written thriller featuring some really cool supporting characters: Like Nick's FBI partner Matt (must be tough to be 2nd fiddle to Nick, but they have been working together for so long), and Nick's cousin, Tommy (who has ties to organized crime). Good work Gary, and I am hoping for future thrillers with Nick, Matt, and Tommy.

Gary Ponzo's debut novel, "A Touch of Deceit", was among the first indie novels I read a couple of years ago and it had proved to me that a writer didn't need to be `trad' to be good. Ponzo's latest release, "A Touch of Greed", the third instalment in his Nick Bracco series, once again demonstrates this author's strong writing talent. From the opening scene, which is guaranteed to solidly snag you, Ponzo seamlessly transports you into the world of anti-terrorism, drug-running, domestic and international politics and, of course, murder and revenge. A word of caution... Once you start reading this, you may have to shirk other responsibilities until you've read the last page.

Enough said, Great Read -- if Amazon doesn't stop this nonsense of requiring 20 words this will be my last reply

Author, Gary Ponzo, provides a fast-paced, gripping, and intense read with his latest instalment in the popular, Nick Bracco series.

The author turns on the excitement from the opening chapter and keeps the flame alight throughout. With well-developed leading characters, Nick and Matt, and a heady mix of villains I was totally absorbed by this terrific story. As readers we are introduced to a different world, a world where danger is an ever-constant fact of life. The dialogue is superb together with a highly descriptive narrative which makes you feel part of the story.

I have no hesitation in giving `A Touch Of Greed' five stars, highly recommended to all who enjoy edge of your seat thrillers.

Gary Ponzo's book "A Touch of Greed" is professionally written and edited, fast-paced, and exciting to read! I think this Nick Bracco series ranks right up there with authors like James Rollins, Brad Thor, Claude Bouchard, Luke Romyn, and Vince Flynn when it comes to creating great character-driven books that you can't put down.
Well done Mr. Ponzo!
Kindest regards
Dean Lappi

A Touch of Greed is by Gary Ponzo. It is the third in the Nick Bracco series.
Nick Bracco is back with the FBI and with his partner Matt. They are stationed in Payson, Arizona where they are living with Nick's wife Julie and son Thomas and Matt's girlfriend and fellow FBI agent Jennifer Steele. They are on the trail of Antonio Garza, a smuggler. Antonio smuggles anything a client wants through the border into the United States. His record for getting shipments is an impressive 95%. If you pay for it, he will move it.
Garza knows there is an informant in his organization but can't figure out who it is. He tests his right hand man Victor and finds he is not the informer. Victor follows whatever Garza wants done and promises to take care of his son if something should happen to Garza. Right now, he has to give his attention to the two shipments that have to go through tonight. Can he get them through without being caught? Where are Nick and Matt? Does Garza realize that Nick and Matt are out for revenge- revenge for two agents who were killed? What does this situation have to do with the presidential campaign that is being held in Mexico?
The plot seems to be simple and yet as the book progresses, it gets more and more complex.

A fun read with lots of twists and turns. Suspense is around every corner and the pace just gets better and better. The story is close enough to reality to make you believe it could and maybe does happen. You willnot want to put it down. A good one to take to the pool or beach. Enjoy
