The main thing I zeroed in on in this book was the communication factor. Without communication, sex can be a bit dull. However, communicating during sex (or even just talking about it) can be a bit embarrassing. The author really explains how to overcome this and become a better lover, by concentrating on certain "hot spots". I thoroughly enjoyed this one, as it was one of the better sex guides I've read recently. I also liked Sex Machine: A Man's Guide to What Really Pleases a Woman in Bed for the same reasons and would recommend it also.

"Touch Me There!" reviews all the old, gold standards for stimulating one's partner (or oneself!), but goes the extra mile by including information on accupressure, reflexology, and basic yoga to really help heat things up. I can't make any claims as to the accuracy of these latter techniques, but Fulbright certainly seems to know her stuff and if they help lovers to broaden their focus from strictly genital stimulation, I don't see where one could go wrong giving them a try.

Fulbright also garners major kudos for focusing equal amounts of space on both the male and female physiques, which is nice because it keeps all the information right there at one's fingertips--no flipping back and forth between a Book-for-Him and a Book-for-Her necessary here. But don't fear: she also goes to great lengths to keep the text gender-neutral where the partner is concerned, which keeps "Touch Me There!" accessible to readers of all sexual orientations.

Fulbright discusses several positions and techniques that many might consider overly risque, but deftly avoids either sensationalizing the acts or making readers feel that the *must* try them out; she places great emphasis on individual comfort levels and communication with one's partner throughout. Her style is concise and no-nonsense without being overly clinical, although she does occassionally meander into overly-purple prose ("sexploration," anyone?) that is more humorous than hot. Still, this book would be an excellent choice for those wishing to spice things up in the bedroom, and is worth one's time to check out.

At 67 I was forgeting what made me so good when I was younger. This brought me up to date and has revived my sex life, which is now very good.

Whoa, I wish I had some of Dr Fulbright's insight a long time ago!.
Factual information on topics that many of us (me) are ignorant about.

We have been married for 37 years. For 37 years I have tried to get my wife to tell me what she wants me to do, how and where to do it, but she never would. I gave her this book. It is well written and straightforward as any self-help book should be. Reading it has given her the confidence to speak up, and that has increased our pleasure a lot. With the help of this book and Viagara we are having the best sex of our lives.

I am in the middle of reading this book and find myself reading a textbook of anatomy and physiology with little description or visuals. It is hard to understand without actually seeing pictures or drawings. There are some drawings but very little. I may just stop reading the book because what am I supposed to do? Have the book in bed with me and my boyfriend?? Wait honey! It says.... put this here and that there...no I don't think so!

It was an excellent written book and it was exactly what I thought it would be. I would recommend to married couples.

...I've read about spicing things up in a long time. You really get your money's worth with this one. Fulbright is titillating, smart, and informative without being academic and overly comprehensive. The book is full of helpful tips, hot spots often never heard of, and equips lovers with everything they ever need to know to be amazing in the sack.

This book has showed us things that we didn't know about. Very good and accurate descriptions. Wish we would have had it sooner.
