I had bought this piece, it looked good on the web and listed some good features. It DOES NOT work at all. When I called people, they could NOT hear me at all. The music that gets turned on when you put someone on hold was not playing inside the phone itself but rather it was some sort of a CHEAP radia playing outside, so the person waiting on the other end of the phone wont hear it but you would hear it. This phone looks so very cheap and tacky. It broke within a week. The seller is also NOT friendly at all. At the end I ended up losing my money and breaking this piece of cheap tacky so called phone and throwing in trash. Dont go by the way is looks on the page, it looks VERY VERY taqky in real.
