Touch of Topaz by Pat Larson is a wonderfully written book of poetic verse. I found the poems contained in it's pages to be well worth reading over and over. The depth of emotion is remarkable and I highly recommend adding this one to your poetry collection.

One wonderful read...,

Pat Larson is a regular contributor of prose, poetry, and instruction to many aspiring writers on the Internet, so it is no surprise that her own work is outstanding. What is so stunning about this collection is the depth she has packed into this small volume of poetry. She is a poet who can speak to tragedy with a reservoir of hope, and to light hearted whimsy as well. Perhaps where she is at her best is when relates to family and daily life interacting with others. This book, dedicated to her twin sister, who passed away this year, Pat has created a living monument with her well woven words. BUY this book; there is wisdom and poetry on every page.Michael Rehling

Mrs Larson has excelled herself with this fantastic book of verse. A Touch of Topaz includes metered poetry, freeverse and haiku, to name only a couple. I found the depth within her writing to be soul touching, a must for the discerning reader.
