Bought Ultra OneTouch Test strips. Nice way to do business. Had the product in just a few days

I have just got the Test Strips from this seller today. I immediately contacted them by phone and email. Here is the email I sent to them:

I ordered One Touch Ultra Test Strips from amazon.com, the order ID is: 103-8406137-9747421. I read the product description carefully, and it said that Product has an EXPIRATION DATE OF 1 YEAR OR BETTER and is original, brand new and in mint condition. When I received it this morning, its expiration printed is 09/2009, and your shipping slip left a comment of expiration date that is 06/2009. I felt disappointed and want to return it to you right now. How can my Mum use 50 test strips in 2 or 5 months?

This afternoon I made a call to the seller to explain our situation. I talked to them that the one I got is not like what it is described in Amazon.com. The expiration date is introduced in Amazon as a year or more while it is actually expired in 5 months. The sales representative requested me to send it back to them and emphasized that we had to pay the shipping fee. I didn't accept it and they promised to double check and call back to me but I've not got any call until now. Is it the way this seller behave to the customers?

I would like to return this order with fully refund. I don't want the replacement anymore because I don't trust them any more.

I don't know how good this product is because I have not opened it but I rate the sales attitude/behavior 1 star. I recommend everyone that we should not buy this product from this seller.

First of all, you must note that the seller for the same listing will change from time to time. So if you come back to the listing page after several months, the seller on this page may not be the one you purchased your item from.

So here is the review, not for the product, because the product itself is good I think.
Atlantic Diabetic Supply is a dishonest seller, don't buy from them! I purchased "this" 50ct test strips several days ago paying $34+, however, when I opened the box today, what's inside is a mail order one! I understand that the mail order one is about the same of that retail store one, however, the price for mail order one is $10+ cheaper! There is no where on the listing page saying they're selling a mail order product.

What's the point of selling me mail order one while charging me retail store price?
Instead of making purchase from this listing, it's better to go and purchase a mail order test strip in the first place.

Very ugly seller.

The test strips have lots of time before they are outdated and the price is the best I have found to date. What else is there to say.

THE TEST STRIPS WERE VERY INEXPENSIVE, AND JUST LIKE THE ONES SOLD IN WALMART, AND OTHER STORES FOR DOUBLE THE PRICE. I WILL BE BACK FOR MORE

I am a returning customer to Amazon. I can't say enough about the company. So for, I have had excellent service via their product providers. The time frame of shipment has been as advertised if not better and the pricing has exceeded other web sites.

These items worked as explained, with at least the one year shelf life. Will order again and again at this fantastic price.
