This video is a "must have" for any Touched By An Angel fan. It takes you on a road to the past, yet keeps you looking toward the future. You get a little history lesson on Mark Twain. The message, "Christmas is going to come, no matter what happens in your life."

It Came Upon A Midnight Clear- In this holiday classic, Monica (Roma Downey) is sent to encourage our friend, Joey (Paul Wittenburg) who is worried about his brother, Wayne (Randy Travis) who has gone out to get another angel for the Christmas tree. Anyway, Monica tells Joey about Mark Twain's Christmas and how he eventually realized that love is an powerful part of faith, especially for Joey. This movie really moved me to the point of tears. Enjoy!

This is a really beautiful story, and when I watched it I cried. Set in China, it is about a woman who is in trouble with the government. She has a daughter, Liberty-moon, and they are separated when Liberty-moon is young. Her mother is eventually killed, and it is very sad and moving. It is a story of God's love and how he works in people's lives.

In "It Came Upon a Midnight Clear" while Monica (Roma Downey) waits in a storm with young Joey (Paul Wittenburg), worrying about his brother Wayne (Randy Travis) who is out in a storm, she tells him a tale of another Christmas when Mark Twain suffered a crises of faith. Two-time Tony Award winner John Cullum ("Northern Exposure," "ER") is wonderful as Mark Twain! Helena Carroll, Kate Fuglei and Paul Winfield also guest star.

In "There But for the Grace of God" Tess (Della Reese) takes to the streets to help a proud businessman (Gregory Harrision) who has become homeless. Ken Page (Broadway's "Cats"), Marion Ross and Malcolm-Jamal Warner also guest star.

I originally saw this on tv and when I saw that it was available on tape I had to have it. I never get tired of watching it and never missed the show when it was on.

This video touces the hearts of anyone who would view it, the seller also was very accurate in their description of the condition and content itself.I am so happy to recieve such a video and considering I still have VHS I really was happy to get this particular selection with Randy Travis, one of my favorite country singers.
