I am sincerely grateful to Su Ong for this beautiful and inspirational book of Touching the Earth: Mindful Practices. It is possible to began anew. It is a special book that teaches about living life in the present moment. I highly recommend it to everyone who are interested in the Art of Mindful Living.

Although I think this book is valuable, it was not at all what I was expecting. I was looking for guided meditations I could read during yoga class to my students, and this seems more like a personal journey meditations. So I DO like the book, it just wasn't what I ordered it for.

This is an awesome book. I expected it to be good because to be good becuase of the author but it is even better. I use it every day.
