I already own the original Touchmaster and I really enjoy it. I chose not to purchase Touchmaster 2 based on reviews. Touchmaster 3 is a real let down with too much emphasis on poker and card knowledge. The game selections are not much fun to play and are very limited. I thought this game would be as much fun if not better than the first one. I was wrong. My take: Too much money for Too little fun. I wouldn't recommend it.

I prepurchased Touchmaster 3 and received it 6 days ago. I was disappointed that much of the content is based on knowledge of Poker terminology.
It is rated for Everyone. I don't think "everyone" includes poker playing 6 year olds. My family does not play any card games so found touchmaster3 a disappointment. If I had known before ordering that so much poker knowledge was needed, I would never have purchased this item. The graphics are very good but the score keeping has all the disadvantages of touchmaster2 plus a few new ones. They have advanced to just showing a picture of your trophy, not telling you if it is gold or bronz. For the children who play my games, not being able to improve his/her score after mastering a game is a disincentive to continue with the game. They still play TM1 but long ago put TM2 aside because everyone had mastered all the games. If you are a poker player, and do not care about bettering your score, you may be delighted with TM3.

TOUCHMASTER 1 AND 2 ARE MUCH BETTER,

I have Touchmaster 1 and 2. They are games I still go back to because of the variety. They're easy to play when you just want some down time. I was eagerly waiting for Touchmaster 3 and unfortunately it has not lived up to the 2 previous versions. The games are more difficult and there is not much variety. Very disappointing. If Touchmaster 4 is in the works I probably won't buy it based on how Touchmaster 3 has let me down.
