Review

A vigorous hybrid of rollicking rockabilly, toe tapping twang and rip-roaring rock 'n' roll. --Birmingham News

I was at the show in Birmingham that this Webb Wilder concert DVD was shot. The performance was great so I'm confident that the DVD will be as well. Today is only July 14th and the DVD doesn't come out until August 1st, but many of us who love rock n roll are fired up about this one.

I've been wanting a new TV and Webb's concert DVD is just the excuse I needed to go get it!

A must for Webb Wilder fans. The DVD is likely the only opportunity I will have to see a live show and it's worth the admission! The cd is a bonus.

Finally! A dvd of the man with one of his
sized 13EEEs in Rock and Roll and one in
COuntry. I've seen Webb many times over
the years; in Virginia Beach, VA where I
live, Lynchburg, VA (Falwells-ville),Nash-
Vegas, TN [where he lives] and elsewhere
(Whoops, can't forget the long gone The
Boathouse in Norfolk, VA ). I've loved every
show of his I've seen, whether he the open-
ing act or 'starter.' Webb is the best this
side of Junior Brown. They played together
in Oklahoma recently, too. If your even a
casual fan, get this DVD as soon as possible.
And look for the soon to be Re-released VHS
to DVD, Corn Flicks. Its' Swampadelic and
Psychotronic!

If you look at the picture closely, this advertises a CD of the show that comes with it. How cheesy of sellers to use this picture when they don't have this item. The least they could do is include in their description that this version does not include the CD, but this is the only picture they could find. If you are buying this and expecting both, ask first if it has the CD. The seller wasn't responsive about it either. I finally complained to Amazon and they just refunded my money, no explanation of contact with the seller or anything. Pretty lame if you ask me. All that aside, the DVD is great, Webb live with an ass-kckin' band playing lots of his best tunes.
