5.0 out of 5 stars An incredible workout, August 1, 2000

As a 6'3", 190-pound male who works out on a daily basis, I frankly thought the true value of this video would be seeing Tracy Scoggins in a leotard. I couldn't have been more mistaken.

This 45-minute video offers the most intense exercise program I've ever seen. The warm up period leading up to the actual plyometric exercises features a total of 80 push-ups in four variations designed to give your upper body a full workout. Another section is devoted just to the abs.

I have to admit I could not complete the entire workout the first day and woke up feeling it the next morning. This is definitely not a workout for beginners.

But if you're serious about getting in top physical condition and already have a firm foundation, this is the only exercise video you'll ever need. Doing this for 45 minutes every other day will definitely improve your overall performance in whatever sport you choose to pursue.

5.0 out of 5 stars The toughest workout video ever, February 27, 2009

I wish they would put this on DVD. It is the most insanely tough workout video ever. I used to have a copy, and loved the fact that I could never complete the workout, it was so tough. Actually I could never even complete the warmup, let alone the rest of it. At one point, as I recall, she has a man doing pushups (loads and loads of them!) with his feet on a chair and her sitting on him, just in case standard pushups with your feet on a chair aren't tough enough for you). There is always a challenge with this workout. I like that! I have tried many DVD workouts reputed to be the toughest ever, and they are all NOTHING compared to this workout. Please please please someone put this on DVD. If you have a VHS player, and you want an unimaginably tough workout, this is it. This is not your average women's workout: I have never met a superfit MAN who could do it, let alone a woman. It is INSANELY tough! Fabulous!
