Saucisse de Toulouse is a traditional South of France pork sausage and a must for cassoulet. This "All Natural" product is guaranteed free of antibiotics, hormones, preservatives, artificial ingredients and nitrites. Animals are fed with the purest natural feeds (No animal by-product). Many of the Fabrique Delices products have been served at the White House, on the Air France Concorde and even to his Holiness John Paul II. Fabrique Delices was also a proud supplier of the 1996 Atlanta Olympic Games.

I bought these sausages along with some Merguez sausage (Algerian Lamb Sausage). The merguez was wonderful and I am going to order them again soon. However the saucisse de Toulouse were close to inedible. They were chewy and had hard lumps in them.
