The last pair of skates I owner were made by Nexed, which is no longer in business and hasn't been for some time.

General Thoughts: I am 6ft 215lbs so I put a lot of pressure on my skates. I play in a rec league and occasional tournaments and I got tired of popping the rivets on my skates so I decided to try new brands until I found one that will last more than 2 or 3 seasons. These will do the trick and then some. So far these have seen action through one full season and a tournament and there are only minor wear in places where moderate wear could easily be expected. The Labeda wheels look like they're almost new still. Also, the rubber plate on the side which is meant to protect the boot itself when you are making a hard stop and the boot scrapes the floor has a bit of wear on it. Again, this kind of wear is expected but usually it is much more extreme after even this much use. It has a flat 80mm configuration and after using all 3 configurations (rocker, flat, hilo) I personally feel that agility is more about the stiffness of the skates and the skill of the skater rather than the wheel size. Either way wheel size does undoubtedly impact speed and a flat 80mm configuration provides a noticeable speed advantage over HiLo setups. This is an extremely solid boot so it still provides great explosion in and out of cuts and turns.

The center of balance is just a little different than one would expect with a normal flat setup because the boot is tilted slightly forward using a small indention near toe of the boot. The tilt actually helps agility a bit and also promotes a good bent knee stance without sacrificing wheel size which directly correlates to powerful and explosive strides. Given all the benefits the tilt provides it is definitely worth the awkward 15 minutes where you remaster your center of balance.

Excellent skate for the price. Carbon supports are very stiff and provide excellent puck protection. Factory wheels and bearings are great, soft for indoor sport court use. The interior lining is very comfortable and help wick moisture. Highly recommend these skates for the intermediate to expert level hockey player. Really good product

The last pair of skates I owner were made by Nexed, which is no longer in business and hasn't been for some time. I've tried mission, bauer/nike and some other brands and nothing ever felt right. These Tour skates fit great, and gliding around the indoor inline surface is a breeze. I skate pretty aggressively and the Tours feel rock solid through hockey stops, tight turns and hard skating.
I've been using a hi-lo setup for the past...lotsa years, and this straight setup took no time at all getting adjusted to. The tongue setup is taking some time though. I used to wear my shin guards inside of the tongue, but these skates are more suited to place them over the tongue.
Overall, I'm really happy with the purchase.

These skates are super fast but also super stiff. They take a few rounds to break in but once they are broken in they are awesome. So fast and manuverable. It seems to run on the larger size though so I think that a 9.5 instead of a 10 would have fit me better but still fits ok just a tad big.

I needed new skates as the Toe boot part of my old skates were broken. I did get them fixed but after a few games I felt like they were going to fall apart if i played in them too much. Got these and they feel great, pair them up with Superfeet and you got a really comfortable skate. They are a bit stiff so if you like baking your skates, bake them if not then they will just take some time to mold to your feet.

I bought these size 10 skates and went to my indoor hockey rink to practice with them before my hockey game this weekend. Very comfortable on my wide feet. I relaced them a couple times on the bench; im just glad I have new skates that feel good out of the box.
Sincerely, 29 year old male, 188 lbs.

Really a good skate for the price. Really fast skate and also extremely stiff ankle support. Hoping to get more hockey time with them coming up.

I used these for just general skating. I wanted something with good quality that would last so I went with hockey skates and these definitely came through. I did not notice any of the tilt forward issues others mentioned. They seemed normal to me, but I did notice how fast they were. The glided effortlessly, really had to get used to them at first as they felt like they were gonna leave me behind and on my butt. They did need breaking in and I had to wear 2-3 pairs of socks at first and went through a couple blisters but they firt perfect after about 4-6 weeks of regular skating. The more I skate now with them I realize how grippy the Millenium wheels are, I might want to upgrade to harder wheels for what I do, but for stops and turns they would be perfect. Buying another pair for my son, these are great skates.
