My daughter has one and loves it! I bought it as a Christmas gift for friends and they were thrilled when they opened it!

I keep this right on my fridge and open all of my bottles with it. The bottle cap sticks right there on the magnet and it can collect several bottle caps before they will drop to the floor. I get compliments on my bottle opener every time I have guests over. I also gave some of these out for Christmas last year and everyone loved them.

Buyer Beware!

The ad states there are six magnets included to adhere to metal surfaces but Tovolo is only putting in 4 magnets these days (cost cutting measure to be sure). You can clearly see where the other two magnets should be, but instead there's just a plastic filler. Unfortunately 4 magnets are not strong enough. You will be returning it because it won't stay put when opening bottles.

Btw, previous posters must have had the 6 magnet version. I sure wish Tovolo hadn't messed up an otherwise great product. What a bummer!

I was attracted to this item because of it's retro-style design, and then the color choices.
Everyone that uses this bottle opener is impressed. Not only is the magnet that makes this stick to your refrigerator amazingly strong, but the best part is when you take off a bottle top...everyone prepares themselves to catch the cap, when the magnet inside the bottle opener does it for them. My husband just used it the other day and came to me with his eyes all aglow about how "cool" it was, catching the bottle cap.
This is a well made product, we highly recommend it.
