I had a unique problem. I have an electric pressure washer that has this exact plug on it, well one day the pressure washer stopped working but right before it shut off I noticed that the red light on the GFCI plug was flickering and then went dead. So I figured the problem was the plug itself. I took a gamble on a $20 plug instead of shelling out likely $100 or more on another pressure washer. I am happy to say that it worked, pressure washer is good as new. I just matched up the specs for the old plug, amps etc. and it works fine. It happened to be made by the same company, Tower Manufacturing. I just thought I'd leave a review, in case anyone else finds themselves in the same boat.

Great plug...
Easy to install and works as advertised. I just should have, and will now purchase the
same plug with the Auto Reset function instead of "manual".

I have a vacation spot I only get to once every two weeks or so with a hot tub powered by this plug.
If there is a glitch in the local grid and the power spikes, its nice to know the plug will protect the logic board of the tub but I need it to Auto Reset so that the tub restarts on it's own and the water stays hot. The plug with the "manual reset" will not do that.

When my power washer didn't work, I finally realized it was the GFCI plug. Bought it at Home Depot years ago. No service center in my area. I called Tower Manufacturing & they suggested Amazon. I didn't think Amazon would carry spare electrical parts, but they do. Surprise, surprise. It came very quickly and I'm very happy about it. How else could I have purchased such an item. No stores that I know of carry it.
