Man, I hesitated ordering this for the longest, even with the cheap price above - it's less than a buck from shipping.
After running through my PT CDs last week I decided it was time and ordered the joint. It is listed as Pastor Troy and Goodie Mob but it is only T-Mo and Khujo Goodie representing the Mob. Khujo's name is mispelled as Kuhji which is weird, but it is him. If you cut out the intro and outro and the one Pastor Troy solo (PT Cruiser also available on "Attitude Adjuster") you are left with 10 tracks which keeps it short. To get to the point this is dope CD for about 6-7 of the 10 tracks. Some of the tracks are disappointing because T-Mo and Khujo just talk about typical street ish, but there's a good run of 4-5 tracks in the middle like "Pictures" "Cigarette" and "Grown Man" that are that CLASSIC Goodie Mob/Pastor Troy heartfelt music. Basically the dope songs outweigh the weaker ones. This is a good CD and Pastor Troy outshines The Goodie Mob which I wouldn't have though ten years ago. Still for the price you will definitely find some dope songs you will keep in rotation. |
