Not as good as I'd hoped.,

I honestly thought this book was going to be a better read. I am tossing up between two or three stars. I am interested in this kind of stuff. Maybe I put too much expectation on it but I found myself struggling to turn the pages. It felt monotone to me and just constipated in the way it was written. Although there are a few interesting facts in the book which I have not come across before, I would not recommend it. Try for something else.

It's just okay. I like, and recommend, the book "Dying To Look Good" by Dr. Christine Farlow, instead, also available at amazon.com.
