This review is from: Toxic Mold Litigation (Paperback)
Rather dry reading, however that's to be expected in a text such as this. Provides both information and strategic advice to assist in mold litigation. Authors lay out evidentiary standards as well as an overview of mold litigation in various states in what the authors label as "critical" states, which are Arizona, Delaware, Florida, Illinois, Massachusetts, New Jersey, Pennsylvania & Texas. Good reading and serves as a good starting point for gaining knowledge in this field.
