The Archery Enthusiast,
This review is from: Toxophilus: 1545 (Medieval and Renaissance Texts and Studies) (Hardcover)
An excellent work on the subject of archery, both the martial art and otherwise. Written in the first half of the 16th century, it goes into detail on all aspects (even giving the REAL reasons for the warriors choice of arrow heads). Anyone interested in medieval/renaissance european martial archery, or archery in general, contemporary or modern, should get this book.
