I purchased this doll for my 3 year old daughter and ever since she got it she hasn't put it down for more than five minutes.

The doll looks GOOD. She has yarn hair, but it is tightly braided so you don't have to worry about a child pulling out the hair right out of the box and such and her outfit looks very good.

Only downfalls of this toy? Her hat does NOT stay on her head unless you are holding it there (I think I'm going to punch a couple of holes through it and put a string on it so it'll hang from the dolls neck. That way it might not get lost right away) and her arms do not bend.

Overall though, my daughter loves the toy and I would recommend it to others.

I will admit I purchased this on a whim without examining the description too closely. We have a ragdoll Woody that looks similar to this Jessie doll so I assumed they were constructed alike. The ragdoll Woody is so cute and he looks and moves exactly like he does in the movie. This Jessie doll is built on a Barbie doll body which leaves her looking and feeling a little stiff. Her hat is basically useless since it does not stay on her head. I do wish I had looked a little more closely and purchased the ragdoll Jessie instead but this one will have to do the trick since I've already ripped her from the package!

My daughter received this doll for her 2nd birthday. Jessie is absolutely adorable. My daughter has had the doll for 3 days -- the yarn hair is getting pilled, the shoes don't stay on, the belt comes undone often -- and if I have to put her hat on one more time! AHHHHHH!

I am disappointed. We have Toy Story toys from 6 years ago that have weathered better. It would have been nice if they figured out how to keep her hat on!

She is a really cute doll and her legs are very flexible -- even more than Barbie. Arm's don't bend at elbows, but she is really cute.

I love my toy...it reminds me of my childhood. Thank you very much. It replaced the one my sister threw on the roof.

My Daughter has been a longtime fan of Toy Story, bought her a very small, cheap plastic doll just to measure whether or not she was going to like it... she loved it. That's why I decided to go for the real thing. I got this doll for her 2nd birthday back in February, she went nuts from the moment she saw it... slept with it, she even wanted to shower with it. Looks exactly like the "Jessie" on the movies, good size... I would give it 5 stars, but must take one away and leave it at four for this: the hat, unless you put the doll in a shelf and leave there untouched the hat just won't stay on... there is the option of gluing it on, but what's the fun in that. My Daughter has never been able to play with the doll while wearing the hat. Despite this two "downs" I would buy the doll again any day of the week, twice on Sunday... Can't complain about the Seller and shipping, everything was as requested and expected.

I bought this item for my granddaughter. She is a huge jessie fan and this doll is very hard to find you can't find jessie in stores and alot of the other websites i checked she was sold out.But after looking for a long time i finally found her on amazon.com. and i was surprised to not see "sold out" in big red letters so i ordered it on the spot and it made my granddaughter so happy. thank you

Just what my daughter wanted. The hat does not stay on so we had to add and elastic to the cowboy hat to keep it in place.

I'm so glad I read all of the reviews on this Jesse Doll before purchasing! It was so helpful to know that her body was like a Barbie doll's body and that her arms did not bend and that her hat (unless fixed at home) would not stay on her head. So, when we took her out of the box, there were no surprises and we are not the least bit disapointed. We will probably fix her hat and string it up, so that it stays on her head. My daughter loves her and so do we!
Only negative: the price (now) is 1/2 of the price we paid during pre-Christmas shopping time. I suggest buying her RIGHT now for this cheap $10 price and hide her away for a birthday or Christmas present next year.

My daughter (she's five) said that she wanted a Jessie doll for Christmas. We all love the movies, and my daughter dressed up as Jessie this Halloween. There are lots of Jessie dolls on the market, so I could look carefully and see which would be best for my daughter. This doll doesn't talk or "interact" with other Toy Story Toys, but that seemed like much more than my daughter would want.

This doll looks right. She's a toy meant to look like a toy. The red yarn hair looks great. I love that she is pose-able. One reviewer said that the doll had too much of a Barbie body which gave her too much of a chest. It may be the way that she is dressed, but I don't notice it that much.

When my daughter unwrapped this toy, she yelled, "this is what I wanted!!" She watched TS3 with the doll in her lap. She carries the doll around, and sleeps with her. I think that says it all.

I like this doll a lot.I was gonna buy her, but my parents insisted on buying her.This doll has an extremely close resemblance to Jessie.One thing I don't like is that it's like a Barbie doll.It shows off her chest, which I hate.Other than that, she is perfect.So, if you're a parent who doesn't like their kids to play with Barbies, you probably shouldn't buy this doll.One more thing, her hat doesn't stay on the best,so be cautious with that.Well, I hope this helped with your decision.Thanks for reading!
