My four year old received this game as a gift. He learned the rules and was winning his share of games after only a few tries. It is a great gift for any child who loves Toy Story. It is also great at teaching basic math ($1-$5) and of course for those life lessons such as "sometimes you don't win." My only complaint is that they really skimped on the game pieces -- they are the wrong size for the board (too large) and are made of very thin cardboard.

My 6 year old just got this game for his birthday. It is so much fun. His 4 year old brother, and his dad and I play it almost everynight. It's a lot easier than regular monopoly. It teaches them about money (simple numbers like 1 to 5 dollars). And it's totally random who the winner is. So my 4 and 6 year old beat us at it some of the time. The only downfall is the cardboard figures are way too big for the small board. The houses get knocked over by them a lot. I would recommend this game to any one with kids 4 to 8 (and parents too!)

This is our 6 year olds favorite game from last Christmas. I can't recommend this junior version enough. Monopoly is brutal for kids -- lasts forever and you loose your properties. This game teaches counting, money skills, patients, and imagination. The toy story version is such fun with all the great characters from the 2nd movie although; the slinky dog is noticeably absent (another missed opportunity for that toy company). My daughter loves to be Jessie and says her expressions as she moves around the board buying toys and "playing" with them by pretending to bounce the star ball, sing in Mr. Mike or squeak wheezy. We have had so much fun with this game!
