2/1/10 I had purchased a watch for my daughter for christmas and when she opened it up, the watch did not work. I have purchased the same 200.00 watch in a different color earlier in the year 2009 and have been very pleased with it. My daughter has been trying to contact toywatch since dec 27, 2009 regarding an exchange but has not heard back from them. She finally found something on their website saying due to their large volume of calls, they are no longer taking problems over the phone but in an email. My daughter sent the watch back three weeks ago, if not longer, and have not received an exchange or an email regarding the exchange.

(On behalf of my husband): I got this watch with a very good price,it only cost me $100. I was very happy because I got a good deal, but when the product arrived I found that the finished is extremely shiny for a man . In the picture doesnt look shiny .Therefore I have to gived it to my wife .
