I received my Toy Watch and was so excited. I immediately took out 3 links so I could wear the watch and also set the date and time. After wearing the watch for about 1 hour I noticed it was not keeping correct time. I reset the time again and experienced the same problem. This continued on for 3 days until I finally gave up. I gathered all of my paperwork together to determine how the Toy Watch company would assist with the issue. When I called their customer service line I was unable to speak with a person and was directed to write e-mail describing my problem, almost two weeks later I have not yet received a reply. I am quite unhappy that my new watch is sitting in the box. I cannot imagine that I am responsible for taking it to a repair store to have it looked at and incurring charges of my own. Toy Watches are not inexpensive and getting assistance should not be this frustrating for their customers. At this time I would not recommend a purchase from Toy Watch.

I just received this watch and it does not keep time. Look at all the reviews that say the same thing! I wish I would have noticed these reviews before I purchased. I have been trying to contact their customer service department for 2 weeks and have gotten no response. Unfortunately, I am going to send this watch AT MY OWN EXPENSE. That is ridiculous.

Bought this for my wife and she absolutely LOVES IT!!! So elegant and fun! Everyone who sees it asks about it! It is the hottest watch this year! Guys, trust me... get this for the woman in your life and you won't be sorry! ;-)

The watch is okay, but I've been trying for months to get the necessary "repair return number" to get the watch fixed.
They won't accept a watch for repair without this number and customer service is non-existent.

I bought a Toywatch for my wife. It is marketed as "water resistant" but only in the fine print do you find that it only can withstand splashes and brief sprays. It is not able to withstand being submerged in water. My wife's watch was damaged when she gave the kids a bath; she didn't submerge her wrist under water, but it did get splashed. Toywatch will not replace the watch or provide a refund since they claim we misused the watch. Ridiculous. My morning newspaper is more water resistant than a Toywatch. If it can't withstand anything more than a brief spray, why even market it as water resistant?
On top of this, customer service has been impossible to reach, and very confrontational when they do respond.

I have ordered hundreds of things online and NEVER written a poor review until now. This is a great looking watch but has broken 4 times since I got it and I have paid to have it fixed at a local jeweler. Finally, on the fourth break the jeweler suggested I return the watch to TOY which has been a nightmare. I have been trying for 3 weeks to get someone on the phone. They do not return calls or emails. Before you buy this watch I suggest you call the customer service line and see for yourself what you will be dealing with when the watch breaks.

I received my Toy Watch for Christmas and I love it. It is absolutely beautiful and well made. I have received several compliments on it. It was very easy to adjust the band to the correct size. I would definitely buy another one in the future.

The watch wasnt what I thought it was going to be... They said it's new"type" of plastic, but it seemed plastic. Also, the company never responded to several emails. Still waiting for my refund!!!!

I got this as a fun summer watch and I absolutely love it! I get compliments on it everywhere I go.

It's lightweight but very well made and one of the few things these days that's made in Italy and not China. My friend's new $400 coach purse was made in China...you know it's cheaper to have it made there (the quality is still good) and that they saved a bunch of money outsourcing it but they didn't bother to lower their prices! Sorry, rant over.

Not too much to say about it technically but it is very cool and looks great with everything. (esp at the pool!)

I ordered my Toy Watch December 20th and the watch arrived December 24th, so Wow very fast delivery. The watch was beautiful and I loved it. The only thing I can complain about is the release clasp is very difficult to open the watch-band. Very difficult is an under statement. The watch is easy to close and I did take out 3 links so it would fit properly, however, there are no "release pins" to unhook the clasp. I had to slip my fore-finger under the strap and push until the clasp would pop open. I worried that forcing the clasp to pop open would eventually break the links or the clasp itself. I did some local research and found that most watches with a similar metal clasp, all had two small pins, or release buttons on either side of the clasp. I could easily press the two release buttons together and the watch bracelet would open. I ended up retuning my watch and although my refund took almost 3 weeks to be sent, I did get the money. With the money I got back, I was able to buy (2) two "FOSSIL" watches. The Fossil watch is almost identical to the Toy Watch that I bought, and half the price, I spent $270.00 for Toy Watch and only $120 for each of the Fossil watches. Do your reseach, you can find other watches that are very similar to the white Toy Watch and at a much better price.
