Not at all what I expected-product & service-wise,

I ordered my black watch & was surprised when I received a gray one. I returned it the next day following their exact directions. I have been extremely displeased with their non existent follow up service. I received an email from them saying that they received the watch with a link missing so they deducted $25 from my refund. Needless to say there was not a link missing at all. I have emailed & called & left messages and have NEVER gotten any response. I will never buy another product from this company!
