I bought this watch for myself and absolutely love it. I can't even tell you the amount of compliments that I have gotten while wearing it. The band is like a hard plastic - but that doesn't really matter, the watch is still so nice. I'm not sure why though it says that it is a men's watch-I am not a man and have been wearing it and to be honest, I think it would look a little odd being on a man - it just doesn't look like a man's watch to me.I'm so glad I purchased this watch and just love wearing it. It isn't heavy and at first I thought it would be too big, but I just love how it looks and would definitely recommend it.

Horrid Customer Service,

I purchased three different ToyWatches for Christmas. Two of the three worked fine and I have had no problems with them. This one, though, quit working within about two weeks of receipt. I emailed ToyWatch at their customer service department. It took several WEEKS for them to get back to me. I had to pay my own return shipping. They were reasonably good about the turn-around time when replacing the watch, BUT...the watch they sent back was a different model than the one I sent them! I tried calling them and only got an answering service, with a promise to return my call within 24-48 hours. That didn't happen. So I have another e-mail in to their customer support. Who knows how long that will take.They claim to be a small company and apologized for their shortcomings. If this is how their customer service works, I can't imagine they will be in business too much longer.... UPDATE: (Increased to 3 stars) The company got back with me fairly quickly, paid for the return of the incorrect watch and supplied the proper watch immediately. It has worked flawlessly. It seems that ToyWatch was overwhelmed by the Christmas rush. Once they caught up, their customer service was up to par with what would be expected, so I'm willing to give them a break now.

I received this watch as a Christmas present and just love it. It is just what I would have picked out in a jewelry store. The condition, the box it came in, everything was perfect. I would urge anyone to buy this.
