Bad customer service, bad product!,

The watch works now and that's the only reason why I gave it two stars. I received the watch as a present for my birthday a couple years ago and within two months it wasn't working. I went to a local jewelry store to get it fixed. It turns out I needed a new battery. The jeweler asked how long I'd had it because the outside looked great but the inside was so dirty it looked like I had owned it for years. I was frustrated anyway that I had to pay $20 to get a new watch battery for a watch that was two months old. I contacted the company both thru email and phone calls and never got any help. The phone would ring and ring and I would leave a message and never receive a call back. I finally gave up and acknowledged my watch for what it was, a $250 watch that rivaled the quality of Wal-mart. At least Walmart would have allowed me to return it.
