This product works perfectly and the design of the tray for the liquid helps keep the tree from falling over (unlike the Schylling Magic Garden). It grew into a beautiful tree over night. We put it together, poured the liquid in and went to bed. The look of amazement on my 4 year olds face in the morning was priceless. She called daddy into the kitchen as soon as she saw it. The only thing it is lacking is an explanation of what is happening. Make sure not to touch the branches either as the "growth" will come right off which is why I gave it the durability rating I did.

I was very happy with this cute little science experiment. It was worth the small price and made a unique experience. I only wish an explanation was provided to explain the reaction.

The tree is great and you see the crystals grow in just a few hours. However, the service from eParty is terrible. I ordered 3 of the trees and they charged the full shipping for each one; the three trees cost $14.85 and the shipping was [..]! They did not answer either email I sent to them. I will never do business with them again or any other company that does not offer free shipping. I think a lot of companies are discounting thier prices and then really sticking it to you on shipping and handling. Unless it qualifies for Amazon's free shipping, I'm not buying!
