I bought this for my 4 year old son, in the hopes that we could do a fun learning project together. I tried 20oz bottles to start-thinking that they would be easier for him to handle on his own. Leaked. Tried 2L bottles. Leaked. Tried different shaped bottles. Leaked. Tried less water. Leaked. I am seriously disappointed that this did not work properly. I will add that if it HAD worked properly, I would have given this a 5 star glowing review.

I purchased 10 of the Toysmith Cyclone Tubes for my son's birthday party as well as 2 other "Tornado Tube" brand (Tornadotube.net - made in the USA). We had a sample Tornado Tube (using the "Tornado Tube" brand connector) and all the children were very excited about being able to make one and take it home at the end of the party. Needless to say, they were very disappointed. Almost all if not all the Toysmith Cyclone Tubes leaked - ranging from small amounts to large puddles on the floor. We had to empty out the bottles and let the children take them home with the warning to only use them in the kitchen and watch out for the leaking! One mom at home even tried plumber's tape and it was still leaking.I was extremely disappointed in the Toysmith quality. The 2 "Tornado Tube" brand were totally fine - not one drop of water leaked. I would not recommend the Toysmith brand at all and this experience makes me question the quality of all their products. I've been told that the "Be Amazing" brand is also good although I haven't tried that one yet. I contacted Teachertoolsinc on amazon (where I purchased the tubes from), and complained about the product. They (specifically Amber), were amazing with their service. She got back to me right away, called the manufacturer about it and offered to refund or replace (checking for leaks before sending), the defective connector tubes. I was really impressed with their customer service and would definitely buy from them again.

This arrived in a plastic bag, no instructions or packaging (I had figured the image was just an image). It leaked the first time we used it leaving green food coloring all over my hands and upsetting my three year old who wanted to play with it.
