Because we don't get enough trace minerals in our diets anymore, we are suffering in many ways. My son was having major behavioral problems until I started him on these. He takes them daily and he is a different person. I even experimented and took him off for a few months. Boy was I sorry! His body needs the 72 trace minerals only found in seafood. (These trace minerals used to be found in our soil but it is now too depleted.) Since most of us don't want to eat seafood everyday it's a good thing we have these supplements. My son would be a mess without them. The only reason I gave them 4 out of 5 stars is due to the fact that my son doesn't really like the taste. He IS really picky though and my daughter loves them. Wish I could give 4.5 stars.
