As I step up my cycling I've been looking for an alternative to the insanely expensive tubes of tablets that are flying around. Tried these and sorry to say they are just nasty tasting. Packaging is great, you get all excited to chug the stuff on the road, then find you're drinking something that tastes like salt and rocks that may have been in the same room as a cranberry a couple of weeks ago. But if taste is not important to you, it does seem to have the right ingredients.

The product has potential, BUT- the addition,UNNECESSARY, of FRUCTOSE (YUCK) which is so bad for us, turned me off. I actually called the manufacturer and complained! I have since reordered another product without any sugar!!!
