Body Tracker uses proven scientific formulas: Jackson and Pollock 3, 4, or 7-site methods; Parillo or Durnim/Womersley methods. Also can be used with a MyoTape body tape measure, using the standard Naval Health Research Center method, and even can track information if you already have a body fat scale. Seeing pictures of yourself as you are losing body fat is the best way to measure your progress. With Body Tracker's Picture Slideshow, you can view your pictures along with your corresponding body composition and tape measurements, all on one screen. To use the picture slideshow, take a picture of yourself periodically throughout your body fat loss program. Then, use Body Tracker to record your body fat percentage and body tape measurements on the same day you take your picture. Next, save your picture onto your computer and use Body Tracker to associate your body composition and body tape measurements to the picture. Finally, view a slideshow of your pictures along with your corresponding body composition and tape measurements.

The software would not install from the disc. I had to contact the software company to download an executable.
Once the software is installed. It is adequate, though not very intuitive. They also have online video links that require you to type in with a complicated product ID 'everytime' you use the link with no way to download the video clips onto your system, should you need them when you are not connected to the internet. That is a poorly designed feature that does not indicate to me that this software was intended for a laptop or mobile device.
