My son was SOOO excited when he opened this for Christmas. It was his main present... it was all he asked for. Imagine his disappointment when it didn't work. To add insult to injury, the instructions are HORRIBLY translated from Korean. I spent 2 hours (no exaggeration) combing through all the Korean writing mixed in with English looking for any clues that might suggest that I had simply not connected everything properly. [Here's a great example of the helpful instructions: "By contraries, you can control the tank when the headlight isn't flash." It wouldn't be so bad if the tank only cost $5 or $10... you almost expect that sort of thing. There's no store I can return it to. Instead I'll have to e-mail the reseller who will inevitably send me an RMA and then I'll have to ship this thing off. If I'm lucky I'll have a replacement in a month. (If I insist on getting a functioning unit... which I will not.)

Received from TPA ( preferred) promptly. Tank came with almost all accessories already mounted except for smoke mortars. Only big complaint was that the commanders hatch/bb magazine was glued shut and ended up slightly damaging the hatch to get it open. This must have been a mistake made by one of the assemblers. Also the smoke oil bottle had leaked some of its fluid.

Tank drivetrain proved reliable and strong. airsoft gun is not very powerful but still functions after several hundred rounds. Does fire empty sometimes and sometimes the balls just roll out the barrel, but thats typical with just about any hopper fed airsoft gun.

Since I have had it however I have had to disassemble and reassemble one bank of bogies so I could tighten them up as they were working loose. I also had to add spacers to one of the idlers to keep it from moving side to side and causing the track to come off occasionally. I also ended up drilling a hole under the muzzle brake so that short stroked bbs would not accumulate in the muzzle brake. I broke one of the smoke mortars off and ended up gluing it back in place.

I love this tank but it requires gentle handling and some maintenance but its design makes it very easy to work on so long as you research what you need to do first on the web. Also there are a horde of spare parts, upgrades and accessories available online. If I am not mistaken this tank is supposed to have compatability with Tamiya brand tanks.

Would have preferred the camoflauged version metal tracks but couldn't find it available at the time.
