4.0 out of 5 stars It works
I got this because my neck goes out if I work on the PC for too long and then I have to go to chiropractor. This helps keep my neck in proper position to avoid this problem. Only complaint is the bulb and tube are a little awkward to walk around the house with. Probably could remove the bulb once its inflated though.

1.0 out of 5 stars This is item is junk
This item is poorly made. The directions are so poorly translated and spelled that they are laughable. The 2 thin/cheap strips of velcro intended to keep the collar closed pop open as soon as you get enough traction to feel it at all. The release valve does not work. I had to pull the bulb off the end of the hose to deflate the device to put it back in the box. I returned...

I found it to be uncomfortable and not very durable: after a few weeks of use, the sack ruptured.

Very poorly made. Air bulb leaks. Neck traction pillows leak. Someone is making a great profit! Save your money and time.

This review is from: Neck Traction 3-Layers Self-adjusting Cervical Traction/ Reduce NeckPain(V-5) (Health and Beauty)
Hard to follow directions as the translation is very poor and doesn't make sense. The item will not deflate as instructed. Readings on pressure gauge is mentioned. How is one supposed to know what the pressure is as there is no gauge on the appliance. How does one return it for a working product or to get one's money back as there is no shipping receipt enclosed?Cervical Neck Traction

4.0 out of 5 stars Great help for the price, April 1, 2007
This review is from: Neck Traction 3-Layers Self-adjusting Cervical Traction/ Reduce NeckPain(V-5) (Health and Beauty)
The Deluxe Neck 3 Layers Self Adjusting Cervical Traction does just what it says. It is easy to use, delivers relief to the neck, and is easily stored. I have had great success in using it. The directions are easy to understand and you can use it anywhere. I was able to take it with me on a recent trip. I would recommend this product to anyone.

5.0 out of 5 stars Great on air planes., May 29, 2008
This review is from: Neck Traction 3-Layers Self-adjusting Cervical Traction/ Reduce NeckPain(V-5) (Health and Beauty)
The 3 layers cervical tractor is very comfortable to use. My nature of work requires me to travel a lot, and I took the tractor with me everywhere. It's light and easy to store so it's perfect for traveling. The instructions are easy to follow. The height of it is perfect to rest my head on, and it gives a firm support. I use it as a pillow when I sleep in a plane to relieve the stiffness caused by traveling. The pull of the device is not very strong, so if you want to use it as a tractor for physical therapy, it would only work on a thin and short neck. I had used other cervical supporter before, but this one is the most comfortable by far. So if you need to travel around a lot, or your work requires you to sit still for a prolonged period, this product can really help to reduce some stress. Otherwise, if you need strong physical tractor, I think it's better to use 5 layer or 7 layer tractor since they provide greater force and have more stabilizing effect.

5.0 out of 5 stars Best Neck traction, May 2, 2008
This review is from: Neck Traction 3-Layers Self-adjusting Cervical Traction/ Reduce NeckPain(V-5) (Health and Beauty)
I got 2 neck cervical traction, one is 3-Layers, another one is 5 layers for my friend. This traction device is really easy to use, convenient, and it really helps on my neck pain. The 5 layers one for my friend also works really well. if you are skinny, you can use 3 layers or 5 layers, otherwise you can get the 7 layers one if you have a thicker neck. I would recommend this device to anybody who has a neck pain. good seller too, fast transactions.

I had it and was working great for 2 days, then all of a sudden i push the button so i could air in it and the button flew right off. It still works if i put some pressure on the hose , i guess what am saying is that its very cheaply constructed,
