I adore this book.,

This review is from: Tracy Park (Paperback)
I'm so glad that this has been reprinted. It's not great literature or anything, but it's a really enjoyable late nineteenth century novel.
Tracy Park tells the story of the Tracy family (crazy Frank, crazier Arthur, spiteful Dolly, arrogant Tom, and dimwitted Maude) and a girl called Jerry Crawford. Some of them love her, and some of them hate her, but only one of them has a suspicion of just how closely connected to their family she is. it's an enjoyable, undemanding sort of book. Buy it. Read it. And don't judge Tom Tracy too harshly unless you really think you'd act differently.

I really enjoyed this book. I got it free, never read books by this author. I really liked it.
This book really held my interest to the very end. I like her writing style because you really get to know the people in the story. I plan on reading more of her books. I also read Cousin Maude by her and enjoyed that one as well.
