You REALLY don't want this thing,
This review is from: Trademark RED/BLACK Ninja Sword, 37-Inch (Sports)
This video shows the exact same sword being sold on QVC. Watch this just in case you're actually thinking about buying this sword.

Horrible,

These swords are atrocious in every way. When they were first marketed they were on average $50 until a few things happened. People started to see that they were horribly made (not a full tang sword, blade not even straight) and a man on QVC actually broke one on air, the blade recoiled and stabbed him in the arm. If you are serious about collecting swords; stay away from this

Not a sword, just a chunk of metal with a handle.,

First off, there is no edge on this sword. The seller claims it is "dangerously sharp" but the handle would cut something before the "blade" ever did. The "edge" has literally been ground flat, so this sword does not come sharp. When I received mine today, that was the first thing I noticed, along with a few dings and chunks of metal missing in the blades "edge". There are pits and impact(??) marks all over the blade, as well as a very tacky "Stainless Pakistan" mark embossed into the metal. The image for the product depicts a nice looking sword, with a polished mirror finish, and yet the one they sent me just barely reflects direct light. I am sending this back. It's not even suitable for display. Never buying from this seller again.

Purchased this "blade" from Budk,

This was my first sword, I bought it about a year or two ago. Right out of the box the blade was as dull as the reverse side. The gaurd was actually sharper than the blade, with both being crooked. It's obviously not full-tang and the strap broke the first day. I can see why they lowered the price from $50. I paid $13 for it and still feel as if I wasted my money. Avoid this sword.

I looked at this product description and saw that it was supposedly stainless steel. The sheath is very badly made and has a hole at the bottom it also has material that does not hold the sword itself does not say that it is stainless steel and usually a sword is required to say so. The hand guard is sharp and easy to hurt yourself with and the hilt itself is badly made. Overall I would say that even if they were giving this product away for free one would still be ripped off.

The "Trademark 20-1300 Red/Black Ninja sword" is just meant for display only. The sword aesthetically is nice but to use this other than a display would be unwise. The strap in which came with the cord wrapped wood scabbard broke the first time I wore it. The blade itself is not a full tang (the length of the blade from tip to handle), so using it for practice isn't advised as well. The scabbard is flat and not rounded for an easy grip so it's hard to carry without a strap. Finally, the blade is thick so it makes the sword a little heavy. Like the tag states, it's a nice looking sword for display only.

Terrible Description,
This review is from: Trademark RED/BLACK Ninja Sword, 37-Inch (Sports)
The blade isn't straight at all, there are scratches all over it, the blade itself isn't fitted well to the hand guard and I actually made myself bleed because my finger caught on the gap. The word 'Pakistan' near the hilt was also a huge defect. Furthermore, this item isn't sharp at all, you couldn't cut anything with this blade. The sheath was also a disappointment. The cord kept coming unraveled just like it did on the hilt. The sheath wasn't crafted well and bent so easily I almost broke it. This is a terrible product in all senses. No one should buy this.

This is the Worst Sword i have Ever Purchased,
This review is from: Trademark RED/BLACK Ninja Sword, 37-Inch (Sports)
This sword was a bit rusty when I received it. That is just the start of a list of woes. First off, It looked like it had been used against a metal pole. There were dings and scrapes in the metal, and it is not full tang. DO NOT PURCHASE THIS SWORD. Whether you want a functional sword or something to collect, it is NOT WORTH YOUR TIME, MONEY, EFFORT, BLOOD, SWEAT, TEARS, or FRUSTRATION. In addition, the backsheath strap broke moments after I put it on. The sword itself broke soon after.
DO NOT PURCHASE THIS OR ANY ITEMS FROM THIS SELLER. IT IS A SCAM. |
