The description says these are 100mm bocce balls. They are NOT. They are 90mm bocce balls. Bocce Balls are measured by diameter. 100mm bocce balls are a regulation size, 90mm are not. This would be a good set for a family with children to play at the beach or in the yard. I need them for a bocce league and can't use these, so I'm returning.

The package arrived in a timely manner, but what was inside left alot to be desired. The balls are smaller than expected and the carrying case is a joke. I'm returning and looking for a better set.

The ONLY size balls that are "regulation" ( per the US Bocce Federation and International Bocce Federation rules ) are 107mm for Men and if women prefer they can also use 106mm balls. This is just a cheap set for kids to play with. If it was being sold with an honest description I'd give it a 3 star.

We bought this bocce ball set just to play with friends in our backyard. The balls are heavy and high quality - they seem very durable. The small white ball gets lost in our grass so we've used a bigger brighter colored one that we had at home. This was the least expensive set I could find that still had heavier balls (I didn't want the plastic ones filled with water). Overall, I would recommend this for those who want to play just for fun. It's probably not the best set for young kids because the balls would be too heavy for them.

I've seen the other reviews from the Bocce pros criticizing this set for being something less than regulation. But trust me, it's fine for the rest of us whose sun doesn't rise or set over the International Rules of Bocce. Our teenage kids have really enjoyed it, and it's rugged enough to withstand their rough play. The nylon bag is skimpy, but overall the set is not bad. Great for the backyard or park. Have fun!

We received our bocce ball set promptly, so had it in time for our family's visit. The balls are good quality and the nylon bag is handy for storage between games. This is the second summer a purchase from Amazon has created fun for our family's summer. Last year it was an ice cream maker, this year we get to work off those extra pounds.

It was exactly what I expected when I ordered them. It was great for the whole family to be able to play a game together.

This is the first bocce set I have bought. The carrying case is very convenient I took someone else's advice and left the cardboard inside the box. We have a dog and they were heavy and sturdy enough that he could not pick them up or damage them. The shipping came quickly and I have had no complaints so far.

works great... the bag isnt the best quality but overall I am happy! The balls are great and work just fine!

Although not regulation size like some reviews complain about this set is perfect for the average player. It comes in a black nylon bag that is sufficient to store this set. The bocce balls are packaged inside a cardboard box that fits perfectly inside the nylon bag and is great for storing. You could remove the box but it gives extra stability to the bag. All in all it's perfect for backyard fun and the price is ideal.
